Do I have to appear on camera? No, pictures alone can tell the story of a life, or you may feel free to narrate off-camera. Edited to your favorite music, the photographs of your life take on an entirely new significance.
	Do I have to send my photos anywhere? No, Video Heirlooms will come to your home and videotape your photographs, or you may convert them to jpeg images and email them to us.
	How does storybook reading work? A Video Heirlooms representative comes to your home. You make yourself comfortable in your favorite chair and read through the book(s) of your choice while the camera unobtrusively captures the moment. What if I make a mistake? You may start over from the beginning or at any part of a story. Once you have read it through to your satisfaction, the pictures in the book will be videotaped for insertion into the finished product.
	Can I include a greeting to the intended recipient? Absolutely, it’s your video. How long does it take? That depends. The more prepared and practiced you are at reading the storybook, the less time it will take to record.
	What is the turn-around time for a production? Usually just a few days. Longer, more involved productions take a bit more time.
	Do you videotape weddings? Not the church services themselves, but Video Heirlooms will prepare a photo montage of the bride and groom growing up through the years, set to music, which makes a nice presentation when played at the rehearsal dinner or the reception.
